ON A WING AND A PRAYER....

.... another busy but good day, so on the way to Penrith decided to have a walk along the mighty Nepean River. Always good for Blip!

Down by the weir found some action, and liked this great egret as it took off further up stream. Such a "gangly" bird but so majestic in the air.

Have a look In extras, also found in the back water of Peachtree Creek this guy catching lunch. Then also in extras, the RAAF were out enjoying the day! They use the Nepean River basin to fly quite low in whatever practice flying they do in the Hercules.
