How did this happen?

It's amazing how neat the flat looks, when you put all your junk in one room.

This is how it looks after we sorted and tidied it, so you should have seen it before. I would have taken a picture but I couldn't get in.

It's not as hopeless as it seems though. We have a large shed that's empty. Ostriches would be proud of us.
