La Croix de Loriaz

Back with my group on the route I scoped out last week HERE.
The only drop outs today were the 20&23 yr olds - the 74yr olds took their time but got up and down in a very respectable time - we even managed a lazy drink at the lovely Hotel du Buet.
Just as I hoped this high alpine alpage blew them away with its magnificent views and stunning displays of orchids, lilies, hairy bellflowers, pasque flowers, violets, gentians and more - I may well have started a few folk down the road of flower geekiness today lol.
