A reunion of friends

Day 46 streaking

The day after Endure 24 and I'm aching. That's to be expected. As soon as I got home last night I had a shower and passed out.

Feeling quite fresh (famous last words) I went out for a little walk to stretch out the legs. Also did some stretching exercises to loosen up the joints.

Later in the day I got a call from my friends who I haven't seen since October. They went up to the Lake District at the weekend and on their was back to London they wanted to come and pay me a visit.

It was great catching up with them and I took them to the local village pub for some good ol'northern pub grub.
