In the Field Near the Church
19.0C starting wet then clearing through the early afternoon. Light to moderate breeze.
Grocery shopping this morning then home.
Before lunch Apothecary7 and I took Maeve the Deerhound for a walk. The weather had been clearer in Dundee and we hoped it would clear as we walked although there were dark clouds and some light spots of rain as we started off. The watering in the nearby fields has been paused as we had heavy rain through the night. This tractor was in the field near the church with the watering equipment hooked up and ready to be moved along the field to the next area to be watered.
We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. We came back along the cycle path and round in a long loop, heading into Carnoustie then up the main road before turning along for home. The rain came on not long after we got home, but then the afternoon cleared to bright sunshine with occasional dark clouds. Maeve still wanted to be outside this afternoon despite wet lawns.
