Nothing llike a good scratch.

There are lovely water meadows very near to our hotel in Chinon. Herons, Kingfishers and many other things including this Coypu. Seems to be enjoying a good scratch.

My extra today is one reason why we are sad to be leaving France. I know you will tell me that I can buy it in Waitrose or Morrisons. But its not the same as popping out before breakfast at 7.00a.m. Fortunately we don't have to put up with medium white sliced as Mrs. K. Makes our bread. And very good it is too. But for the next week or two at breakfast my thought may wander to a pretty French village.
