Roar!

Having spent the weekend DIY-ing... we're now getting to the fun bit... 

We couldn't resist buying this Lion for Little un... Ever since we first heard about her, we've passed this little lion everyday... He's been perched in a shop window on our route to work...(He also says boiiingg  when you tap him)

As well us being able to vent all these nurturing instincts that we've been building up for years,  the psychology behind this is to build sensory connection with little un... the idea is we buy a nice toy, and then sleep with it for a few days so it takes on some of our smell... We then give it to little un...  they associate the toy and the present with us and start to pick up sensory smell information about us... In theory when they first visit their new home is should feel and smell more familiar...

Let's hope this little lion helps our newbe to feel at home...
