Official Grafitti

Walking down to Blackburn town center we passed this unusual example of street art.  I hope whoever is going to dig up the pavement understands what it means, but I don’t think Banksy has too much to worry about.
I did edit out those toes (which belong to me) at first, but they provide a little scale so back in they went.
