How innocent?
Another flower blip on a Sunday.
These lovely little flowers which adorn a bush in the gargen making it look like it has snowed belong to one of natures more lethal plants - Its a close up of one of our pyracantha bushes. Just behind the layer of flowers are some of the sharpest and longest thorn that you are likely to find. They will cut you to threads at the slightest provovation to remind you that they are there. Some use these as natural security fencing.
As well as the lovely flowers they sport the most wonderful orange berries tiwards the end of the year.
