road trip

Today Mrs M , Mil, Fil and I drove from Queenstown to Haast. Today is officially day one of our sightseeing road trip around the south island. We have 7 days in which to travel from Queenstown, east to the west coast, north to Westport, east to Hamner Springs, south to Christchurch, back west to Mt Cook and then Twizel, and finally south again to Queenstown. Phew! We have hired a campervan for the trip and Fil is taking half of the drive time so that will help.
