Made it to Fox today, lovely weather which made for some fantastic views. We stopped at a few view points and walked through some of the amazing rainforests located here on the west coast. We have lucked out so far with mossies, as its still early spring. We made it to Lake Matheson to have a peak at Mt Cook, just disappearing behind some high clouds. After tea we went in search for a track Mrs M and I went on a few years ago that had an amazing display of glowworms, only to find a new hotel/motel accommodation in its place. Shame. But found a few in some tracks near by.
