Gently down the stream

Say 'cheese'

Another wet morning at the Farmers' Market. I feel really sorry for the stallholders - getting up at dawn then standing 5 and a half hours under a rather inadequate awning, chilled to the bone and having to be jolly to their customers. I wouldn't do it, but I have to say they look a remarkably cheerful crew, if a little frozen round the edges.

Today this cheese caught my eye (apologies, Redflash). I liked its swag of sacking and my daughter thought the dark background kind of like Rembrandt (humouring her mum, I feel), so here it is.

Thank you so much everyone who helped Cheyenne the Bald Eagle get on the spotlight yesterday. I was - still am - quite overwhelmed by your kind comments, hearts and stars. You are lovely people..
