A Downtown Evening

After dinner, we decided to head downtown to catch the opening day of Downtown Sounds, a wonderful summer program in Bellingham where a section of Bay Street is closed off each Wednesday evening, a big stage and speakers are setup, and there is, essentially, a giant outdoor street party complete with great music (local bands), food, drinks, and lots of dancing. Today's warm and sunny weather was the perfect backdrop.

In between sets we stopped into Bayou on Bay (a local Cajun restaurant/bar) and while Rich was procuring a few cold beers for us, I blipped myself and my unsuspecting neighbor via the large vintage mirror.
