Light and Dark

I had a lovely picnic lunch with friends today and then B and I had a short stroll around the canal and lake near Campbell Park.  There were two male swans with their pure white feathers creating a striking contrast against the dark water, worthy of a blip.

My extra blip is of lavender which is looking rather splendid this year!
