Was lucky enough to be a guest this evening at the 4th of July celebration event with the US Consul in Scotland. The Consul has been developing a great outreach and engagement programme with young people over recent years and it was great to see so many young Scots present.

They also had quite possibly the best "canapés" I've seen in a long time...though I managed to resist!
