Resistance

Yesterday's migraine turned out to just be the entrée. Today's was the full monty.

In other news my trendy new resistance band arrived and was trialled from a supine position. I didn't trust my balance for any leg exercises in standing. I only bought it to pad out the delivery charges for a bandage for a play but I have to say I'm rather pleased. Less do about the football. Sport can be so cruel.
