new skills

A soft cool moist day. With rain. Welcome home. Meanwhile, back in London, it's the hottest day on record - more than 36degC at Heathrow.
Not a hint of it here. 

Straight back into the deep end, getting ready for the weekends open gardens event. 

A quick blip of my new crochet skills. The promise of two new grandbabies has resurrected my love of needlework. I never crocheted before, but taught myself while I was in London. 
I also bought lots of fabrics with the intention of making them a quilt each.
