Behind the scenes at the ice-cream wagon

The weekend started with a visit to a local school fete. The beer tent, tombola, burger bar and ice cream van in particular were all doing a roaring trade.  It was lovely, and felt like - just for an hour or so - reality was suspended.

The bar prices were brilliant!  As you can see from the 'extra' shot.

There will be more of such lovely activities over the weekend.
