Everyone's getting their legs out

cos it's summer... even the spiders, which are allegedly repelled by lavender?

Strange day off today... was awaiting a delivery of shelving to refit our wardrobe, with a delivery time slot between 8am and 6pm... not particularly helpful...then only 2 out of 3 boxes were sent... which pleased me no end...  so I've been trapped in the house all day... like a creature in a sticky web...

fortunately Mum phoned, so I invited the crumblies for lunch... with the suggestion that they might want to bring some food, as our fridge has gone kaput and I could't leave the house to go to the shops because of waiting for shelving deliveries... so they arrived with food parcels and biscuits... which was nice : -)
