Working in the Capital for a few days this week and because I'm still really tired from the past couple of weekends of running, I decided I should make the most of being in London to meet up with friends.

So I met my friend who is a very talented jeweller and has a studio in Hatton Gardens. She needed to have some fresh air away from the studio so we walked down to Soho and went to one of my favourite Japanese haunts Taro for a much needed sake and of course yummy food.
