Squirrel Blip Friday: Calico Squirrel

I promised this little guy a peanut if he would pose in the sun so his mottled coloring could be seen.  I've never seen one with a color mixture like this.  I don't think the grey and black ones are mating because they don't seem to get along very well.  Maybe some of the black ones don't have as much melanin as others.  Anyway, he's been around a lot lately and he's easy to recognize.  :-)
