Storm Chaser

Nature's fireworks > Man-made fireworks. Only one winner there. July the Fourth celebrations over here have moved indoors at the moment; storms raging, rain pouring, but the Bud's still flowing.

A day of hitting the malls, wandering in and out (thankfully) of shops that couldn't even raise the energy to put price stickers on their goods. I bought a belt. Pain only dulled knowing that the air conditioning was shielding us from the hair dryer that was on the other side of the shiny laden shelves. 

Back to a dip in the human soup swimming pool and then to watch the lightning forks fork their way northward. Hez here tried her best to snap some action, but every time she pointed the camera in one direction, the sky lit up in another.

Off to watch some lesser fireworks now.
