Dependants Day

It seems we don't do photo albums around here: we just keep them lying around the hard disk platters of old computers.

Piddly rain day that forced indoor activities, mostly involving clearing out some of the many year's worth of hoarded garbage from the attic. This old G4 iMac appeared and was used for a bit of nostalgic procrastination when the kids fired it up and went through a batch of near decade old photos. Pre blip days and hadn't seen them for years myself. Must find some way of getting them off and archived before the machine itself gives up, then leave them lying around on some other storage device for another decade until they're discovered again.

One skip run already made to despatch a loft load of stuff we once thought would be useful again, with another one building up. But first, time for some burgers, fries and fizzy American lager I think.
