Race for Life

Barnstaple's Race for life, either 5k or 10k, went ahead today in spite of horrendous down pours and thunder/lightening just before the start. The rain did give up and the sun came out but the runners were all soaked by that time. Coppafeel/dont wreck yourself is a local charity set up by a young woman who found herself with breast cancer and began a blog and set up a site to encourage others to look for differences in their boobs and balls and go and get themselves checked. An amazing lady who is now on her journey of recovery.
