Hat Fair

It was the Hat Fair in Winchester this weekend. The term come from the hats that the entertainers put down to collect money.

The city was buzzing which is great if you have time to watch but I was racing through to get to the mill.

The Mill was free at the weekend so we had lots of visitors.
