I'm working on the 'ultimate BBQ glove' at the moment and boy did I need it today. I almost burnt my little pinkies off but that probably had something to do with the fact that the food was more charred than the top of my head after Friday's golf day.

I very much work along the lines that if the food can bounce of the floor and its burnt all the way through there's no way I can give anyone food poisoning. Granted the grub is a little chewy but that's why the salad is always there - to add a hint of freshness

I gave myself a 10/10 rating by the way...
