Wood sage

Often overlooked, Wood sage or Woodland germander Teucrium scorodonia, is a beauty in it's own right. I love green coloured things, and green flowers are no exception so I was delighted to find this today growing in a little overgrown graveyard. I also found the nasty invasive Piri piri burr, an amazing little thing with circular spiky seed heads, I have added a shot in today's (rapidly running out) extras.
Oh and well done Lewis, that was an amazing race...so exciting to watch!
