Infrared Cotton

Cotton fields now surround the ancient, abandoned, aboriginal metropolis and trading center, Casa Grand.  The Native Americans, who lived in central Arizona thousands of years ago, built the first canals to bring reliable water to the desert for farming and other human uses.  I doubt they'd recognize today's fruits of their original labors.
