New doctors

I took part in the academic procession at the graduation ceremony for students in my faculty this afternoon, then spent a happy couple of hours at the reception for new graduates at our Craiglockhart campus.

I spent most of my time at the reception with new Dr Louise Rasmussen and Dr  Hannah Rudman as pictured here celebrating their new titles. (I also blogged about their research this morning, should you like to see how they earned their doctorates.)

Exercise today: sit-ups and weights, 8175 steps (mainly walking to the ceremony at the Usher Hall).
