I escaped just in time!

As mentioned in yesterday's blip I headed out of Tui a day earlier than planned. I had seen snow and decided that I wanted to get to Tekapo before it hit here. What I hadn't realised was just how much Southland was going to get! I obviously escaped just in time. The news tonight was showing it underneath a good dumping of the white stuff. Tekapo on the other hand is glorious if a tad cold! 

Took lots of lovely shots which you can see here but it had to be 'The Church of the Good Shepherd' for blip - you don't know just how long I waited to get no-one in the shot!
