Day 68 streaking

Ok so it's not really Alice's looking glass but my wet glasses.

Alice in Wonderland is my favourite all time book and my favourite Disney cartoon.

Anyway....I set out to do a 10k today but it's started to absolutely lash it down, so only managed 6.5k which included hills (there's always hills...I need to run somewhere flat!) and 5 x 200m sprints.

5 days until Leeds 10k and I still haven't received my pack yet..hmmm.
