Day 69 streaking

This is definitely the calm after the storm pic.

The weathers been pretty damn wet and windy the past couple of days. I'm not complaining because the temperature has been great. Not too warm with a breeze...or a bit too much breeze.

I waited until it calmed down and went out for 5k run. A steady run, don't want to push too hard because I have the Leeds 10k on Sunday and want to save my energy.

My race number finally came today so a massive sigh of relief!
