Domestic Godess

Spouseman has been busy in the garden and so we are beginning to have gluts of this and that. So today I roasted, puréed and froze 2kg of aubergines in order to make baba ghanoush at some point in the future. At the same time I made 4kg of courgette chutney. Nothing better, I always think, than standing in a kitchen with a huge pot of boiling stuff on the burner as well as an oven going full blast in the middle of a Greek summer. And then I did the washing up :-)
