A Chinese teapot

I was meant to go to London today but decided against it and spent the day working from home. I thought I would get a bird picture but it was quiet on the feeder and though I got a goldfinch from a distance nothing else emerged.

So in the end I took this Chinese teapot. This is part of a memorable Christmas I had in 2010 in Hong Kong with my daughter H. It is the only year I have spent out of the UK and away from family. H and I decided to cook tapas and with a maximum tariff of 250 HKD to buy five presents for each other. This pot was one for me and I used it non-stop until returning to the UK in May. So running out of time this seemed like a good blip.
