Puss and Boots

Went down to Burntisland tonight for tea.  The grandchildren (The Bandits) had made some lovely Hummus and some Gingerbread Men, and Mummy had made a roast chicken with some delicious accompaniments such as a rice and lentil salad.

The two new little kittens, Hero and Iggy, played frantically and continually all the time I was there.  Leaping and pouncing, hiding and pouncing, scratching and pouncing: you get the picture - a lot of pouncing going on!

Constant motion makes it really difficult to get a good picture, and I couldn't get them both still at the same time.  So, this is Hero - Ida's kitten.  He is the bigger and fluffier, but less inclined to be picked up or cuddled.  I'll pop an extra picture up of Iggy, who quite likes a little snuggle and a bit of extra attention.
