Poppy seed heads

Amazing collection of poppy seed heads were for sale today at the local florists. I chose sunflowers as it is summer. Both are English - the dutch sunflowers were much bigger.

I decided to have an early walk to dinner and went for a meander across the rec ground - it was a lovely temperature for a walk. Curry with Helen was great - both company and food were on top form.
