Guildford was chaos this evening - cycling races that weren't advertised in advance. The traffic was awful but I still just made it to hot yoga in time - car was abandoned to make sure I got there. The Yoga was very relaxing and so much better than last Saturday.

The day has been busy with progress finally being made on my new project. Lets hope it continues!
