Plotting, Part Three?

On Monday, we learned that there was a potential plot to overthrow the State.

On Tuesday, all had gone quiet.

On Wednesday the UK Chancellor delivered a budget that has been nearly universally condemned for being cruelly harsh on those on low pay and unbelievably good to those on high pay (also known as the Chancellor's family and friends).

On Thursday, there was a big splash.  Could this be the start of the overthrow?
