Alnwick!

Tomorrow is Dr T's birthday and in the evening a gathering of friends will toast his good health which may leave him with a sore head in the morning...

As a birthday treat I took him to one of his favourite bookshops, Barter Books, in Alnwick. It's a pretty little town and they've got some great benches in the market square. Sadly, no ice cream was consumed.
