Votivkirche

This is just one of the many fabulous stained glass windows in the Votivkirche. It was built becuase a young Emporar Franz Joseph I escaped a murder attack. His brother (later, briefly King Maximilllian of Mexico) asked the Viennesse people for donations. It was designed by 26 year old Heinrich Ferstal.
