Day 71 streaking

I was chuffed with my time on the dreadmill yesterday.

I'm even more chuffed with my time tonight when I went out for an early evening run.

Ran the usual route with the hills!! Started steady and slowly and powered up that hill. Then what goes up must come down..I basically just ran until I was about to be sick and then slowed it down a bit. Ended up with negative splits which is a rarity for me especially now!

You would not believe how happy I am with the result, I've not felt this good in a long time! Just hope that it carries on until Sunday for Leeds 10k!

Well it looks like my training (running and strength), healthy eating and positive thinking for the past 2 weeks is starting to pay off! Wooo!
