Elegant Tree

Because we traveled in abnormally hot weather, trees sheltered
us during long hikes while getting from one place to another.  We
were eating boxed lunches under such trees  and were so grateful
for those canopies of shade.  There were many such groves that
welcomed us with a slightly cooler shaded environment.  Europe has
many wonderfully statuesque trees....Can anyone tell me what
tree this is?
