Blossom to welcome

This flower grows very slowly so I haven't missed the chance of seeing its blossom while I was away. Now it blossoms to welcome my friend Mike flying from England to visit me.

A rainy day for recovery but not good for shopping. Also busy with post-conference emails - the end means a new beginning.
