No, it's the Union Flag Over there. 

Peaceful looking today at the King's Bridge over River Lagan but tomorrow there's something coming (see extra from a friend). 

Won't be able to see it again, however, due to my flight to Newcastle in the morning - finally bought Easyjet tickets - no flights from Flybe yet!
