View from Rauland Church

Fortunately the storm of yesterday had little impact on today's event apart from the construction of bridges to cross the stream. We were lucky to be able to walk from our accommodation to the start.

Following our runs we decided to see more of Rauland visiting their church by the lake. This is a view through their Lych gate on to the lake. I did wonder how many parishioners arrived by boat.

We also called in to see some traditional Norwegian buildings near a very modern Youth Hostel.
