Un Kilo Por Favor

Avocados were on my shopping list this morning, so I scoured the mercado for the best looking samples. While I have paid as much as $2usd each for avocados smaller than these in the United States, the four that constituted the two plus pounds I received today cost me only 35 pesos (about $2.25usd). And no, the vendor's hand on the lower left did not contribute to the weight of my purchase.
