On the buses

National Express had a couple of buses at the BCLM for the Black Country Festival today, suitably decked out for the event. The main picture is of a Birmingham City Daimler from 1954 (the 74 route was from Dudley to Birmingham via West Bromwich, and both Birmingham and West Bromwich buses ran on that route). The extra photo is of one of their very latest, brand new, buses, which they also had at the event. Both of the photos are taken outside the cast iron houses at the museum.
