Let the rain fall

We seem to forget in Phnom Penh what happened during the rainy season the previous year. The city has screwed itself by removing most traces of greenery and therefore ability to regulate its climate. So it should be no surprise that the rains are erratic and that we've had very few so far.

The sky chose this inopportune moment for a heavy burst, and it was the most inappropriate place to attempt to work with water spraying all over me and glare obscuring the screen.
