Day 75 streaking
Went out for a recovery run today and made the most of the dry weather. Had some lovely spectators along the route.
A steady recovery run ended up with 5 x 100m hills sprints! That's not recovery! But with less than 3 weeks to go before Rock n Roll Dublin Half, I'll do anything to build strength and improve on my running.
Anyway before the sprints my average per mile for 3 miles was 9'20" a little bit chuffed with that. And after the sprints my average went down to 9'07" Wooo!
So ran 4 miles in 36.55 and my 5k came in at 28.33!
Can wait for tomorrow's workout!!
