Day 76 streaking

Another evening 4 miler through the village. Took it a bit easier tonight and felt a little tired. Which meant I had to stop at each mile to take a breather. Not sure if it's just me or the hayfever.

Anyway still managed to do 4 miles in 37:25 and with an average pace of 9'20" chuffed!!

The dreaded leg day is tomorrow!!!!
